Halloween!

This is the only picture I got of Halloween trick-or-treating because I stayed home and handed out candy. I can only walk short distances before I start having contractions, so I was better for me to sit and read and hand out candy. Ashley (Ariel) and her parents went trick-or-treating with Kyler and Azure. It was fun for Kyler to have a friend to go with. He's never had that before. We really like our neighborhood. People thought we were really brave to just buy a house and not know the area, but we love where we live. The neighbors are great and Kyler has friends close by. In fact, Trevor accidentally overfilled the oil in the lawnmower. We had a great neighbor come over and help him clean the engine, drain the oil, and refill it. It was so nice to know we had someone around that could help with that kind of stuff. We're still learning about it. I may like to build and figure things out, but small engines are not quite my alley. I had the manual and was working on it with Trevor, but I just can't bend right now. I finally told him I was going to get the neighbor so I could sleep that night (I sleep better if I don't hurt myself during the day ;).

Kyler is doing great in school. He just had another report and is doing incredibly well. I really like his teacher. She has been great for Kyler. He is progressing a lot in so many things and she really encourages him to learn. I can't wait to be able to volunteer a bit in his classroom. I can't take Azure and with this baby coming, going to eat lunch with him has been my option to see him at school during the day. When the baby is a few months old, I"ll hopefully get to do some volunteering and really see what goes on in his classroom.
